Brutal murders of a member of Omagh District Council and a member of An Garda Síochána in Dublin

Continuing our ‘Speaking for Myself’ series, our Witnesses are Patsy Kelly whose father, Patsy Kelly, an independent member of Omagh District Council, was murdered on July 24th, 1974 and Dr. Finian Fallon whose father, Garda Richard Fallon, was murdered in Dublin on April 3rd, 1970; the first member of An Garda Síochána (Irish Police) to be murdered in the line of duty as a consequence of the so-called Troubles.
